Welcome to CRENE, a networking and educational  organization created for Commercial Real Estate Professionals.

CRENE,  Commercial Real Estate Network Exchange, was started in 2002 and has hosted  hundreds of Real Estate professionals. Our organization’s mission is to bring  together Realtors and professionals who specialize in Commercial Real Estate to  educate them and assist them in networking to grow their business. Over the  years we have seen success stories of Realtors who met at the CRENE monthly  meeting and found buyers for properties, tenants to fill lease spaces, and other  professionals to make the transactions easier.

In addition to Realtors,  our members cover every facet of Commercial Real Estate, including 1031  Exchange, Architects, Attorneys, Cost Segregation, Developers, Environmental  Engineers, Lenders (bankers and brokers), Title Companies, and many  others.

Our Meetings

The monthly CRENE meeting is held the 3rd Friday of every month at Otto’s Brauhaus Restaurant, 233 Easton Road, Horsham, PA. The meetings are from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 am with open networking, an educational presentation, group introductions and an open forum of the commerical real estate market.

The restaurant is located approximately one mile north of the Willow Grove exit of the PA Turnpike. Cost of the meeting for non-members is $20, members is $15 and a full breakfast is served.
